Equipment upkeep
Routine cleaning, lubrication, alignment and wear checks that keep machines inside tolerance and cut unplanned stoppages on the floor.
Scheduled maintenance
Planned service intervals set against runtime hours. Each machine gets a logged cycle so parts are swapped before they fail, not after.
Workshop jobs
Fabrication, turning and fit-up work carried out at the workshop: brackets, bushings, guards and one-off parts made to a supplied drawing.

Shop floor
The workshop runs multiple service bays with lifting gear, presses and metalworking tooling. Jobs move from intake, through diagnosis and repair, to a bench check before anything returns to a line.
Consumables and common wear parts are held in stock so routine service does not wait on procurement. Larger overhauls are scheduled against a fixed slot to keep the floor predictable.

PRAKS TOV has operated in industrial maintenance and technical services in Kyiv since 2002. The crew handles mechanical service, equipment upkeep and workshop operations for production and utility equipment.
Work is quoted against the machine and the job in front of it. Records are kept per unit so the service history stays with the equipment it belongs to.
